Consult your vet if your mutt has constant problem
New Delhi, October 21, 2019: Just like any person, a dog can get motion sickness due to over-stimulation in its inner ear, and just like a person, this can make any pooch miserable. However, there are a few ways to prevent and/or treat this uncomfortable condition. While some dogs simply have a physical tendency to get car sickness, the condition can be a result of stress associated to visiting a vet or a crèche/kennel with other pooches. In any case, you’ll be able to notice it fairly easily. The first and foremost symptom of car sickness in dogs is vomiting, obviously.
Before this occurs, your pet can also show intense salivation, yawning, and even pacing and panting. If you see your pooch acting like this before you even start the car, he’s probably not going to have a pleasant ride. The good news about car sickness is that most dogs outgrow it. However, if your pet isn’t showing any signs of progress and has a constant problem with car travel, consult with your vet to help your pooch out.
